Your vision is important and should be treated with care! That’s why at Phillip E. Foust, O.D. – Foust Family Eye Care, we make sure every patient receives the highest quality of care in a warm and welcoming environment to help maintain their vision.

Appointments

Once you make an appointment at our office, we reserve that time exclusively for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to make your appointment, call us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Depending on the complexity of the eye examination, appointment times can vary. In addition, we may need to perform additional tests during an appointment to help us provide you with the highest level of care.

Insurance

We accept most major routine vision insurance plans, as well as some medical insurance plans.

Please check with our team in regards to your coverage, and bring your insurance information with you to your appointment so that we can work to get you the maximum amount of coverage allowed by your insurance plan. We also accept other forms of payment if you do not have insurance.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, Discover, MasterCard & CareCredit.
